Honey Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 LB organic salmon
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 4 sprigs fresh thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Whisk all ingredients together and cover the salmon. Bake for approximately 12-15 minutes or until the salmon reaches your desired temperature.
